London's theatre The Menier Chocolate Factory, with American producer Bob Boyett, have signed a three-year partnership to present Chocolate Factory Productions in the United States.

Boyett and his partner Bill Haber were the minds behind transferring the Chocalate Factory's 2006 Olivier Award-winning revival of Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's Sunday in the Park with George – to be produced on Broadway by the Roundabout Theatre Company in association with Boyett Ostar Productions, David Babani, Caro Newling for Neal Street Productions and Mark Rubinstein.

Boyett (of Boyett Ostar Productions) currently holds a similar agreement with the UK's National Theatre – having already imported productions like The History Boys, Jumpers, and the recent Coram Boy to Broadway.

Boyett also produced Deuce, Topdog/Underdog, and the past revival of Fiddler on the Roof.

The Chocolate Factory, founded in 2004, has already established itself among London theatre-goers with such successful productions as Little Shop of Horrors, The Last 5 Years and tick, tick…BOOM!
