A trio of comedians who have been entertaining audiences for years on television, movies and in Comedy Clubs - Bruce Bruce, DeRay Davis and Hannibal Buress - will bring on the laughs at WiLD 94.1's Shut Up and Laugh on Friday, Aug. 16 at 8 p.m.

Bruce Bruce, one of the nation's favorite standup comics, started serving up the humor right after high school while he worked as a barbecue chef. He graduated to sales at Frito-Lay, stocking shelves and performing comedy skits at corporate meetings. Eventually Bruce was discovered at the Comedy Act Theater in Atlanta and his career skyrocketed after his appearance on HBO's Def Comedy Jam and Showtime at the Apollo.

DeRay Davis hustled his comedic talent in clubs and was first noticed at Atlanta's Laffapalooza Festival. Shortly after moving to Los Angeles, he won Comedy Central's Laugh Riots Competition and was a standout on the Cedric the Entertainer Tour and at the Montreal Just for Laughs FestivaL. Davis's film credits include: Jumping the Broom,Semi-Pro, Old Dogs, Life As We Know It, Imagine That, License to Wed, School of Scoundrels, Scary Movie 4, Barbershop 1 and 3 and Johnson Family Vacation.

Hannibal Buress, one of Variety's "Ten Comics to Watch in 2010," has credit for writing for Saturday Night Live. He was featured in The Awkward Comedy Show special on Comedy Central and co-stars on The Eric André Show on Adult Swim.
