Bay Street Theatre is proud to announce the arrival of its all new CABARET @ THE BAY. Beginning Valentine's night, Saturday, February 14th at 10pm, Bay Street will kick off its new weekly program offering of Cabaret, with musical performers from the East End to New York City. The Cabaret@The Bay promises to be another great addition to Bay Street's recent ‘economy-buster' line-up, with tickets at just $20 for these weekly live performances.

The series begins on Saturday, February 14th with the musical talents of Debra Barsha, current pianist, singer, and Assistant Conductor of Broadway's Jersey Boys. Beyond her performing talents, Ms. Barsha is also known for her songwriting, and she has penned a number of musicals for both children and adults alike. Ms. Barsha's affiliation with Bay Street dates back to 1992, when she first helped to orchestrate the original cabaret line-up. Since that time she has led an amazing career leading all the way to Broadway. Additionally, in her ‘free' time, Ms. Barsha is also now serving as Bay Street's new Director of Kids Camps being offered to students of all ages during the school vacation breaks.

The Cabaret@ The Bay continues on February 21st with a Moulin Rouge Evening by Jane Hastay (pianist/singer) and Peter Martin Weiss (bassist/singer). This duo, known for classic standards and cool jazz, will include special French bistro songs by Edith Piaf and Michel Legrand for this unique cabaret performance. The series continues with local favorites--February 21st Jim Turner on guitar, followed by pianist Charles Notturno March 7th, with many more to come. A full line-up will follow on Bay Street's newly re-designed website, www.baystreet.org.

Cabaret@ The Bay take places in the new ‘Bay Bar', located in the lobby of the Bay Street Theatre. Tickets can be purchased at the door. For more information while the box office is closed, call the administrative offices at 631-725-0818. Or visit us on the Long Wharf, Sag Harbor.
