Bay Street Players will hold auditions for Rabbit Hole on Saturday, December 11th from 5-7pm at 109 N. Bay Street, Eustis. Rabbit Hole is a Pulitzer Prize & Tony Award winning drama by David Lindsay-Abaire which is scheduled to be released in late 2010/early 2011 as a movie starring Nicole Kidman and Aaron Eckhart. Director Joel Warren is looking for 3 females and 2 males (1 female 55-65; 1 female 35-40; 1 female 25-35; 1 male 17-20; 1 male 35-40). All actors should be familiar with the play. Auditions will consist of reading from the script. Rabbit Hole contains very strong language. Newcomers are welcome. Anyone not interested in performing onstage is invited to join our team of volunteers and to learn of backstage opportunities needed for this production.

Becca and Howie Corbett have everything a family could want, until a life-shattering accident turns their world upside down and leaves the couple drifting perilously apart. Rabbit Hole charts their bittersweet search for comfort in the darkest of places and for a path that will lead them back into the light of day. Rabbit Hole is the third production in the Bay Street Project series. There will be three Sunday evening performances: February 13, 20 and 27, 2011 at 7:30pm.

The Bay Street Project is generously sponsored in part by United Arts of Central Florida and the City of Eustis. Please contact the theatre at (352) 357-7777 or visit the web site at www.baystreetplayers.org for directions or for further information.
