Olympic gymnast, Cathy Rigby, is once again taking flight in her Tony nominated and Emmy Award winning role as the boy who won't grow up, Peter Pan. The all new production is currently on a national tour, and will make a stop at The Theater at Madison Square Garden from December 14-December 30, 2011.

Rigby took some time this morning, October 24, to teach the children with The Garden of Dreams foundation how to crow and fly and BroadwayWorld was there for the fun! At the event Rigby read an excerpt of J.M. Barrie's beloved novel, Peter Pan, to children, who were dressed as pirates and pixies Rigby provided them each with a signed copy of the novel, along with a gift bag chock full of new school supplies to use this year. Check out event highlights and performance footage below.

Rigby's highly anticipated return to the role she has played over 3,000 times, will be documented in a two hour PBS national Pledge special. Slated to begin airing in Summer 2011, the pledge special will appear on PBS stations across the United States.

The revival of Peter Pan starring Rigby, will also become the first Broadway production to roll out a comprehensive line of licensed merchandise at major retail stores across the country.

Previous productions of Peter Pan starring Cathy Rigby have grossed over $200 million dollars in ticket sales while, receiving multiple Tony Award nominations including "Best Revival of a Musical".
