Swedish adult contemporary/jazz musician Anders Holst will be returning to Feinstein's on June 30th at 8:30pm. There he will perform selections from his upcoming album and previous releases, Romantika and Five, as well as smooth and jazzy interpretations of familiar classics by Van Halen, Michael McDonald, and the Doobie Brothers. Holst is a critically acclaimed musician whose sound has been compared to artists such as Robert Palmer, Leonard Cohen, and Sting. He has drawn accolades from fellow musicians such as Quincy Jones, and has earned such critical kudos as "Anders Holst is a regal contender to become the new crowned prince of contemporary romantic music...." (Billboard Magazine).

Holst, who has been dubbed the "Sting of Stockholm" performed on WNBC's morning show "Weekend Today in New York" on the National Day of Sweden earlier this month and was recently nominated for an American Smooth Jazz Award in the "International Male Vocalist" category. Up against major label artists Michael Bublé, Matt Dusk, and Seal, Anders shines through as the only nominee releasing music on his own independent imprint, Unheard of Music.
