In THE UNAUTHORIZED AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF SAMANTHA BROWN, Sam, a senior in high school, has what everyone always wanted: a boyfriend who loves her, functional parents and an acceptance letter to the school of her choice. And since she's moving to New York City she doesn't even need the driver's license she's too chicken to get. So she doesn't need to be worried. And she doesn't need to be happy. Right?

Brian Lowdermilk, recent recipient of the Richard Rodgers Award and 2005 Jonathan Larson Musical Theatre Fellow, has written Transient Days, The Wheel, RED and The Woman Upstairs, which was recently presented as part of the first New York Musical Theatre Festival and starred Alison Fraser and Kate Shindle.
