GBCT is thrilled to present the third production of our 2024-2025 season, "The Tin Woman" by Sean Grennan, directed by Dave Zochert.
For the last eight months, the Borden family has been left mourning the sudden loss of their son and brother, Jack. Meanwhile, the recipient of his donated heart, Joy, has spent her time ruminating about whether she really deserved to get a second chance. One day, she begins to feel an inexplicable connection with Jack, despite not knowing the identity of the person who saved her life. In a moment of unrest, Joy decides to reach out to his family, opening the doors to new connections that no one expected. Based on real events, this story explores family, grief, and the true power of the human spirit. (Drama, Comedy, Poignant)
