A true story. Poignant, devastating and highly relevant.

You may not have heard of the Salters, but you'll want to.

Politic Man is a new play from Three 4 All theatre company. It tells the inspirational story of Alfred and Ada Salter, two people devoted to their community of Bermondsey, one of the most impoverished areas of London. The story tells of their fight for human rights and health for the people they lived amongst.
Set against a backdrop of slum dwellers in the first half of the last century, the circumstances of the Salter's lives can be seen in parallel with social problems of today. A new kind of poverty, a change in the national ideals of our global nation, the use of war, economic downfall, class divide, health and wealth.

The Salters proved that strong moral values and integrity can walk hand-in-hand with leadership. Through their eyes we are asking what leadership really is.
