Sheffield Theatres today announces four new shows that go on sale this weekend, as part of the company's spring and summer seasons in 2014. The shows will go on sale to Centre Stage Members on Saturday 1 February and to the general public on Saturday 8 February.

In the Studio Theatre from Wednesday 25 June - Saturday 19 July, multi award-winning actor and director Richard Wilson takes to the stage in Krapps Last Tape. Samuel Beckett's one-man play is directed by Polly Findlay, who returns to Sheffield Theatres for the first time since directing A Taste of Honey in 2012.

The Eclipse Theatre Company and Young Vic's co-production of the Tony Award nominated play Sizwe Banzi is Dead comes to the Studio Theatre from Tuesday 20 - Sat 24 May. Set in 1972 in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, Genesis Future Directors Award-winner Matthew Xia directs this play that explores the struggle for freedom and identity in apartheid-era South Africa, unravelling the brutal absurdities of everyday life under oppression.

In the Lyceum Theatre, the award-winning smash hit musical STOMP, returns to the Lyceum Theatre from Tuesday 4 November until Saturday 8 November. With new routines, an exhilarating soundtrack and new choreography, this foot stamping, finger drumming, global phenomenon continues to thrill audiences with its infectious and explosive mix of percussion, dance, theatre and comedy.

Finally, Jacqueline Wilson's Hetty Feather will thrill younger audiences from Tuesday 17 - Saturday 21 June. Brought to life on stage by award-winning script writer Emma Reeves (CBBC's The Story of Tracy Beaker) and the Olivier Award nominated director Sally Cookson (We're Going On A Bear Hunt, Stick Man), Hetty Feather is a terrific adventure story for all aged 7 and up.

New shows go on sale to Centre Stage Members on Saturday 1 February and to the public on Saturday 8 February from 10.00am. For more details and to book tickets call the Box Office on 0114 249 6000 or visit sheffieldtheatres.co.uk.
