Julie Halston (You Can't Take It With You) and Brad Oscar (Something Rotten!) are the recipients of the annual Richard Seff Award presented by the Actors' Equity Foundation to veteran female and male character actors for the best performance in a supporting role in a Broadway or Off-Broadway production.

The awards show will take place on Saturday, May 30 at 7:30 p.m. at the Benedum Center in downtown Pittsburgh and will include a celebration of 25 years of this extraordinary program, which began in 1991 and has inspired over 30 programs of its kind across the country.

The American Theatre Wing and the Village Voice have announced that Screen Actors Guild Award-winning 'Orange is the New Black' star and OBIE Award-winning actress Lea DeLaria will host the 60th Annual OBIE Awards, which will be held on Monday, May 18, 2015 at Webster Hall (125 East 11th Street). Tickets to the 2015 OBIE Awards are now available via www.ObieAwards.com.

The 71st Annual Theatre World Awards - the oldest award given for a debut theatre performance on or off-Broadway - will be held Monday, June 1, 2015 at 7:45 p.m. at Broadway's Lyric Theatre (213 W 42nd St, New York, NY 10036). The winners of this year's Theatre World Awards will be announced today, May 5. The 2015 John Willis Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Theatre will be presented to Chita Rivera.

The Tony Awards and Dress Circle Publishing announce a special fan experience at the Tony Awards Pop-Up Shop. Author and musical theater historian Jennifer Ashley Tepper will be joined by Broadway favorites Jay Armstrong Johnson (On The Town), Amanda Green (Hands On A Hardbody), and Jim Walton (On The Twentieth Century) who will be reading excerpts from The Untold Stories of Broadway Volume 2, on Thursday, May 21st from 5:30 - 6:30PM.  The Tony Awards Pop-Up Shop is located at the Paramount Hotel and is open daily to visitors.

The 71st Annual Theatre World Awards - the oldest award given for a debut theatre performance on or off-Broadway - will be held Monday, June 1, 2015 at 7:45 p.m. at Broadway's Lyric Theatre (213 W 42nd St, New York, NY 10036). The winners of this year's Theatre World Awards will be announced Tuesday, May 5.  The 2015 John Willis Award for Lifetime Achievement in the Theatre will be presented to Chita Rivera. The 7th Annual Dorothy Loudon Award for Excellence will also be presented to honor an Outstanding Performance in a Broadway or Off-Broadway production.  Hosted annually by respected theater journalist, Peter Filichia, the awards ceremony is produced by the Theatre World Awards, Inc. Board of Directors.
