It was during the Korean War.
The captain of the national force Han Young-beom is given the mission of transporting 4 North Koreans to the prison camp. With his inferior Shin Seok-gu, Han gets on the deportation vessel.
However, the prisoners start a riot on the boat, and the boat breaks down due to deteriorating weather conditions. The boat ends up on an uninhabited island, and the six men are stranded.
Sun-ho, a North Korean and the only one of the six who can repair the boat has gone mad due to post-war trauma.
Left with basic instincts for survival, the six men increasingly become barbaric.
Meanwhile, Young-beom, who has become a hostage, makes up a story about a goddess, and tells the story to Sun-ho, who then slowly gains his sanity through the stories. Everyone begins ‘The Goddess is Watching You’ Operation in order to help Sun-ho gain his sanity, and sets up group regulations for this imaginary goddess.
They have created a mysterious goddess in order to survive.
Can the goddess really lead them to salvation?
