Hartford Stage will open its 2019/2020 season with Quixote Nuevo, an inspired, Tejano music-filled, contemporary reimagining of the Miguel de Cervantes classic Don Quixote, by award-winning playwright Octavio Solis. Performances run  through Sunday, October 13.

The Tony Award-winning Hartford Stage, under the leadership of Darko Tresnjak, Artistic Director, and Michael Stotts, Managing Director, presents William Shakespeare's magical masterwork, The Tempest, directed by Darko Tresnjak, playing now through June 10, 2012 (press opening: Wednesday, May 16 at 7:30pm). Tony Award nominee Daniel Davis, best known for his recent NYC roles in Classic Stage's The Cherry Orchard, Lincoln Center's The Invention of Love, and the 2004 Broadway revival of La Cage aux Folles, as well as six seasons as Niles the Butler on TV's "The Nanny, plays Prospero. Two-time Tony Award-winning Goodspeed Musicals is thrilled to announce the cast of the extraordinary new musical Roald Dahl's James and the Giant Peach which will begin next month at The Norma Terris Theatre, its home for developing new works in Chester, Conn. James and the Giant Peach will charm audiences October 21 through November 21. This production is made possible in part by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts honoring Artistic Excellence and support from Continental Airlines, the official airline of Goodspeed Musicals.
