The exhibition includes the costumes from Waters' Hairspray film, which inspired the Tony-winning musical of the same name. The Actors Fund and Playwrights Horizons announced today that New York City playwright Julia Jarcho is the 2018 recipient of "The Mark O'Donnell Prize", an annual prize presented to an emerging theater artist in recognition of her or his talent and promise.
