Disney+ has released a new teaser and poster for “Descendants: The Rise of Red,” the next installment in the mega-hit “Descendants” franchise that features the teenage progeny of iconic Disney heroes and villains.

The Queens of SIX Toronto took a trip to the Art Gallery of Ontario for a look at a Hans Holbein portrait of King Henry VIII. Associate Curator Adam Harris Levine was on hand to answer all the Queen's questions, and to provide a little context to the work of art.

BoHo Theatre closes out its successful 2017 season with the passionate musical MARIE CHRISTINE by Michael John LaChiusa at the Theater Wit, directed by Lili-Anne Brown. Taking inspiration from the life of Marie Laveau, the famed Voodoo Queen of New Orleans, MARIE CHRISTINE is a visceral reimagining of the Greek myth of Medea. The national tour of Love Never Dies is currently in performances at the Fisher Theatre in Detroit, MI, where it will play through October 29, 2017. The official tour opening is next week, October 25, 2017, and in anticipation, Andrew Lloyd Webber spoke to the local FOX station about why he chose Detroit for the U.S. premiere of his musical. Attack of the Elvis Impersonators, the new musical that will unleash your inner hound dog, with book, music and lyrics by Lory Lazarus. Directed by Broadway veteran Don Stephenson, with choreography by Melissa Zaremba, and music direction, arrangements and orchestrations by Benjamin Rauhala, performances are set to begin Thursday, June 1, 2017 at The Lion Theatre at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street, between 9th & 10th Avenues).
