John Walcutt Named New Producing Artistic Direcotr of Shakespeare Orange County

John Walcutt takes over as the new Producing Artistic Director of Shakespeare Orange County (formerly The Grove Shakespeare Festival), succeeding his Thomas F. Bradac, who has led it for 34 years. Together they scheme to make Charlie appear as an exotic foreigner who can't speak English. Soon their plan backfires as lodge guests share with Charlie their deepest secrets and most sinister plans. Aradhana Tiwari Named New Resident Director of Mad Cow Theatre

Tiwari is a Central Florida-based artist who has guest-directed at Mad Cow since 2012. Paramount Pictures Acquires Rights to THE DIVINERS

Paramount Pictures, a division of Viacom, Inc., has purchased the screen rights to 'The Diviners,' an upcoming novel from New York Times bestselling author Libba Bray. One year after relocating the company from Oxnard's Heritage Square to Channel Islands Harbor (at 2731 S. Victoria Ave. Oxnard, CA 93035), the Elite Theatre Company is opening its 21st season by presenting a remarkably real look at the lives of four mentally handicapped men and the kind but increasingly burned out social worker who struggles to keep it all together.
