California TV personality Huell Howser died Sunday night KCET, the network in which his show, CALIFORNIA GOLD, airs, said today. Howser was 67 years old.

On Monday, Oct. 29, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, AEG Live and Clark County welcomed Guns N' Roses to Las Vegas by temporarily declaring Paradise Road as Paradise City Road in honor of the band's first-ever residency Appetite for Democracy. The street pays tribute to Guns N' Roses record-breaking single "Paradise City" and will keep its new name through the band's run at The Joint, Wednesday, Oct. 31 - Saturday, Nov. 24. WaterTower Theatre Producing Artistic Director Terry Martin today announced casting details for The Mystery of Irma Vep which will open the 2012-2013 season. The show stars WaterTower Theatre veterans Regan Adair and Bryan T. Donovan.

On Monday, SEPTEMBER 24, at 7:30pm the National Touring Company of WICKED will host "THE WICKED ROCKY HORROR SHOW", a staged concert performance of Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show - Book, music & lyrics by Richard O'Brien. Held at The New Tropicana Las Vegas Historic Showroom, the event will feature the company of WICKED. The net proceeds of this event will benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and Las Vegas's Golden Rainbow.

The Public Theater announced today that Tony Award winner Denis O'Hare has been cast as The Baker in Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's beloved musical INTO THE WOODS, directed by Timothy Sheader with co-direction by Liam Steel. INTO THE WOODS will be O'Hare's Shakespeare in the Park debut. Previews begin on Monday, July 23 at the Delacorte Theater and continue for five weeks through Saturday, August 25, with an official press opening on Thursday, August 9.

In an expanded season encompassing 18, one-hour episodes, the family sets out to show the world that despite whatever comes their way, you simply can't keep the Kardashians down. David Furr (Orlando) and Stephen Spinella (Jaques) join the previously announced MacIntyre Dixon (Adam), Renee Elise Goldsberry (Celia), Omar Metwally (Oliver), and Lily Rabe (Rosalind) in Shakespeare's comedy AS YOU LIKE IT, directed by Daniel Sullivan.

The second show of the 50th Anniversary summer season will be Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's beloved musical INTO THE WOODS, directed by Timothy Sheader with co-direction by Liam Steel. Based on the Olivier Award-winning Regent's Park Open Air Theatre London production in 2010, The Public Theater's INTO THE WOODS will be an all new production with an American cast and designers and will be staged in one of the most beautiful outdoor venues in the world-the Delacorte Theater. INTO THE WOODS will begin performances at the end of July.
