The Harris Theater for Music and Dance, in association with Lyric Unlimited, has announced the return of Beyond the Aria - the highly acclaimed performance series produced by the Harris Theater which pairs internationally celebrated opera singers of Lyric's mainstage alongside rising stars from The Patrick G. and Shirley W. Ryan Opera Center at Lyric Opera of Chicago.

 Merged Work Productions (Lead Producers) and Jack Thomas (Executive Producer) announced today that music-world icons and television stars Steven Van Zandt and Paul Shaffer, along with Maureen Van Zandt and Joe Grano (Jersey Boys), have joined the Broadway-bound musical Piece of My Heart: The Bert Berns Story as lead producers.  It was also announced that Mr. Van Zandt will serve as the show's musical director.  Piece of My Heart will open on Broadway in 2016.

Originally constructed in 1929 and the largest theatre in Brooklyn with more than 3,000 seats, the Kings Theatre will serve as a fixture in the City's cultural landscape, presenting a wide spectrum of programming from local, national and international performing artists. An economic engine for the Flatbush neighborhood and the only major resource for live entertainment in the immediate area, the Theatre will present more than 200 performances annually.

The Joyce Theater Foundation presents the long-awaited NYC return of the UK's Royal Ballet – first time in over 11 years – at the David H. The Kings Theatre announced today that its inaugural year of programming will kick off with an opening concert by internationally acclaimed artist Diana Ross, as the newly revitalized entertainment palace opens to the public for the first time in nearly 40 years. The inaugural performance by Ms. Ross on February 3, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. follows an extensive $93.9 million restoration and renovation of the architectural gem. The largest theatre in Brooklyn with more than 3,000 seats, the Kings Theatre will serve as a cultural and economic cornerstone of the community and an extension of the borough's cultural renaissance. Tickets for An Evening with Diana Ross will go on sale Friday, December 12 at 12:00 p.m. at KingsTheatre.com, Ticketmaster.com, 800-745-3000, and all Ticketmaster outlets.

The Harris Theater for Music and Dance today unveiled the world-class dance performances of its 2014-2015 season-a sublime lineup of Chicago debuts and Harris Theater premieres from four national and international sensations, all presented as part of the acclaimed Harris Theater Presents series.

From May 22 - June 1, 2014, Houston Ballet offers up a mixed repertory program showcasing works by three of the twentieth century's greatest choreographers entitled Modern Masters. The program features the company premiere of Ji?i Kylian's comic and delightful Sechs Tanze (Six Dances), along with revivals of his playful and sexy work Petite Mort, William Forsythe's explosive In the middle, somewhat elevated and George Balanchine's complex and inventive The Four Temperaments. Houston Ballet will give six performances of the program in the Brown Theater at Wortham Theater Center. Following the critically acclaimed sell-out concert, Ivor Novello - The Great British Musical, award-winning Musical Director Ross Leadbeater (formally of Only Men Aloud) returns to the London Hippodrome on Saturday 1st June at 7pm with a new cabaret-concert celebrating the best of The Great British Musicals.

The Museum will present 39 features. All of the films will be shown in 35mm-many in stunning restorations-except for Red Line 7000, which will be shown in 16mm.
