Directed by Robert Moss, this production from one of Britain's most celebrated contemporary playwrights runs at the Storch Theatre tonight, February 19, through February 28, 2016 in the Syracuse Stage/SU Drama Complex. Opening night performance is Saturday, February 20 at 8 p.m.

UtahPresents brings two legendary performers to the University of Utah campus, in the final performance of the series in 2015.  A tour de force of percussion and rhythm, this once in a lifetime session brings together tap dance legend Savion Glover and Jack DeJohnette, the foremost jazz drummer of our time. Savion Glover and Jack DeJohnette will perform at Kingsbury Hall on Monday, December 14 at 7:30 PM. THIS IS OUR YOUTH, a comedy by Kenneth Lonergan, features rich but problematic young adults--consumed by the society's latest fads-- 'slacking' in Manhattan's Upper West Side in the early '80s. Produced by Red Turnip Theater, the play is directed by Topper Fabregas and stars Jef Flores as Dennis, Nicco Manalo as Warren, and Cindy Lopez as Jessica.

The full cast is announced today for The Mother, transferring to the Tricycle Theatre from Ustinov Studio in Bath. Gina McKee, Richard Clothier and William Posthelwaite reprise their original roles and are joined by new cast member Frances McNamee. The production opens on 26 January, with previews from 21 January, and runs until 5 March.

This fall, Broadway will welcome a slew of British actors- some of whom will be making their US stage debuts in incoming productions. And it's not just performers. Visionary director Julie Taymor will curate and host the first National Sawdust+ concert on Friday, November 6 at 7:30pm. This fall Jo Kreiter's Flyaway Productions unveils the third and final installment in its trilogy about urban poverty that began in 2012 with the award-winning Niagara Falling. Titled Needles to Thread: Dancing Along These Lines in Continuum Alley, Kreiter's newest site-specific aerial dance takes on the issue of wage security for women through the story of San Francisco's garment workers past and present.

(West Palm Beach, FL – September 29, 2015) Mauricio Cañete, founder and director of MC Dance Productions, today announced that the highly acclaimed Lauren Anderson, the first African American to be promoted to principal dancer at Houston Ballet, will host the third annual FLORIDA YOUTH DANCE GALA that will be held at the Duncan Theatre, located on the Lake Worth campus of Palm Beach State College, on Saturday, February 13, at 7:30 p.m. Ms. Anderson will also teach a Master Class on the stage for participating young dancers from leading dance academies throughout the state.
