The new musical THE ADDAMS FAMILY, based on the bizarre and beloved family of characters created by legendary cartoonist Charles Addams, will begin previews Friday, November 13 at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts, Oriental Theatre (24 West Randolph Street) in Chicago, prior to its world premiere Wednesday, December 9.

From her eight-shows a week commitment as Eudora 'Grandmama' Addams in the pre-Broadway run of THE ADDAMS FAMILY, Jackie Hoffman will sing a different tune each Monday through to December 21 as she stages her own one-woman cabaret show, 'Whining In The Windy City: Holiday Edition' at the Royal George Cabaret in Chicago.

The Pearl Theatre Company has announced the casting for their upcoming production of George Bernard Shaw's MISALLIANCE. The cast will include company members Steven Boyer (Bentley Summerhays), Robin Leslie Brown (Mrs. Tarleton), Michael Brusasco (Joey Percival), Bradford Cover (Johnny Tarleton), Dominic Cuskern (Lord Summerhays), Dan Daily (Mr. Tarleton), Sean McNall (Gunner), Erika Rolfsrud (Lina Szczepanowska), Lee Stark (Hypatia Tarleton). Performances for MISALLIANCE will begin December 4th with a scheduled opening of December 13th.

Hogan & Holgate Return to HEROES at Merrimack Repertory Theatre, 11/19 - 12/13

After a successful run this past winter with the Keen Company at the Clurman Theater / Theater Row, Jonathan Hogan and Ron Holgate will reprise their roles in Heroes, by Gerald Sibleyras with a translation by Tom Stoppard and directed by Carl Forsman with the Merrimack Repertory Theatre Company. They will be joined by Ken Tigar, who will be playing the role previously performed by Broadway vet John Cullum in the Theater Row premiere. The production at the Merrick Theatre will run from November 19 through December 13.

Student tickets for the pre-Broadway world premiere of THE ADDAMS FAMILY will be available on the day of the show only, beginning at 10:00 am, and will be sold only at the Ford Center for the Performing Arts, Oriental Theatre Box Office (24 W.
