Join the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra USA and Maestro Salvador Brotons as they perform two iconic works by Beethoven. They will begin with The Egmont Overture and then interpret one of the most important works of all time – Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony. From the four most famous opening notes in classical music to its powerful finale, the music will stay with you forever. Nothing compares to hearing Beethoven’s beloved masterpieces live. The concert also features trumpet soloist Craig Morris in Haydn’s majestic Trumpet Concerto in E-flat Major as well as Penderecki’s Concertino for Trumpet and Orchestra.
