Experience a powerful and unique storytelling technique in our latest musical production, The Last 5 Years, written by Jason Robert Brown and directed for STAR Society by Evan Tait. The musical delves into the five-year relationship between Jamie Wellerstein, a rising novelist, and Cathy Hiatt, a struggling actress. Jamie's story unfolds in chronological order, while Cathy's story is told in reverse chronological order. Their paths cross in a beautiful wedding song that adds an extra layer of connection and emotion. It's a theatrical masterpiece in our beautiful renovated space that you won't want to miss, told using a unique, "Theatre-in-the-Round" style that is very intimate and interactive.
