Following a séance with the quirky Madame Arcati, Charles Condomine finds that his late wife Elvira is back and determined to have him to herself–much to the dismay of his current wife! Blithe Spirit playfully mocks the traditions of love and marriage while thumbing its nose at the Grim Reaper.
Did you know: the last professional performance of Blithe Spirit in Pittsburgh was in 1971, and featured Helen Wayne Rauh, who also played Madame Arcati in the 1945 production!
