The 80th Annual Drama League Awards Ceremony and Luncheon was held earlier this afternoon, May 16, at the Marriott Marquis Times Square, where winners were announced for Distinguished Production of a Play, Distinguished Production of a Musical, Distinguished Revival of a Play, Distinguished Revival of a Musical, and the much coveted Distinguished Performance Award. This year's event was hosted by Broadway veteran Jesse Tyler Ferguson.
The big winners of the day included A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder, All the Way, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, The Glass Menagerie, and Neil Patrick Harris. Click here for a list of all the nominees!

Despite being the cheerleader that must be saved, so that the world can be saved, superstar Hayden Panettiere has not been asked to bring her iconic Claire Bennet back to NBC's miniseries reboot HEROES: REBORN. The star of ABC's NASHVILLE, Panettiere and Broadway alum and big screen Dr. Spock Zachary Quinto were the breakout stars of the 2006-2010 series. In an interview with TV Guide, Panettiere says that she learned about the reboot from her cousin.

The Board of Trustees of the American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) has announced that the theater's annual gala Boundless, which was held at the Boston Park Plaza Castle on Monday, February 24, with more than 350 supporters from Boston, Los Angeles, and New York in attendance, raised more than $675,000 in support of the theater's artistic, community, and education programs.
