Marin Theatre Company, in a co-production with Encore Theatre Company of San Francisco, opens its 2012/13 Season with the regional premiere of Circle Mirror Transformation by Annie Baker, which runs from August 2 to August 26.

Showbiz411 reports that Tony Award winner Nina Arianda has joined the cast of THE DISAPPEARANCE OF ELEANOR RIGBY, a two-part film that is about to begin production. The actress joins previously announced cast members Jessica Chastain and James McAvoy.

According to Deadline, VENUS IN FUR Tony Award winner Nina Arianda will play Janis Joplin in the upcoming film Joplin, directed by Sean Durkin.

FREUD'S LAST SESSION, the runaway hit play by Mark St. Germain, will end its run on Sunday, July 22nd at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street). The date also marks the show's two-year anniversary. Upon the New York closing of FREUD'S LAST SESSION on July 22nd, the production will have played a total of 775 performances and eight previews.

The RRazz Room, San Francisco's premier nightclub, will present the return of acclaimed singer and actress EMILY BERGL from July 27 to July 29 with her new show "NY I Love You."

Broadway star Robert Cuccioli, best known for his Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle winning and Tony-nominated performance as the star of Jekyll and Hyde, will take on another dual role in his long-anticipated return to Broadway: Norman Osborn / The Green Goblin in Broadway's SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark. Cuccioli will play his first performance on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at the Foxwoods Theatre (213 West 42nd Street).

The trio will present the 'one-of-a-kind', now thrice-proven show at Plays & Players, 1714 Delancey Street in Philadelphia. All shows are on Mondays: tonight, July 9 and July 16 & 23.
