"3-D Auteurs," a 19-day, 34-film festival spotlighting stereoscopic movies by some of history's most distinguished directors, will run at Film Forum from Friday, November 11 through Tuesday, November 29. The festival spans 3-D's earliest days (including some turn-of-the-century films by pioneer Georges Melies) to the present, and represents virtually every genre, including Westerns, Film Noir, and Science Fiction.

Different from the one portrayed in the movie THE DOORS - which was severely criticized by the band members -, starred by Val Kilmer as Jim and directed by Oliver Stone. Now theater-goers in Sao Paulo get the chance to watch the musical opening in October 28.

Wareham is thrilled to announce the second show in the Laguna Playhouse 2016-2017 season, BILLY & RAY, written by Mike Bencivenga and directed by Michael Matthews. "Old Hollywood comes to Laguna Beach in this comedy about the making one of the most iconic films of the 1940s.  I have been wanting director Michael Matthews to direct at the Playhouse for so long and think this is the perfect show for his unique vision.  Our audiences and subscribers are in for a hilarious and wild ride," says Wareham.  BILLY & RAY will begin previews on Wednesday, October 5; will open on Sunday, October 9 and will run through Sunday, October 30, 2016 at the Laguna Playhouse, 606 Laguna Canyon Road in Laguna Beach.

Obie-Awarding director Robert Allan Ackerman has worked the boards all around the globe bringing out outstanding performances from both stellar legends and before-they-were-known newbies. Robert's latest production BLOOD, which he wrote as well, had its world premiere earlier this year, also at The Complex.

Production has begun on Working Title Films' VICTORIA AND ABDUL, to which Focus Features holds worldwide rights as part of the company's renewed global initiative.
