The First National Tour of THE BOOK OF MORMON launches in Denver tomorrow, August 14-September 2 at The Ellie Caulkins Opera House. The Actors Fund Special Performance of The Book of Mormon is set for September 13, 2012 at 2 p.m. Each year, Broadway companies, in New York and on the road, generously give their time and talent by adding a performance to already rigorous schedules to benefit The Actors Fund.

THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, has announced a lottery ticket policy for the National Tour, which launches August 14 at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House in Denver and plays a limited engagement through September 2. In Denver, the production will make 24 tickets available for all performances at $25 apiece.

The national tour of The Book of Mormon, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, will play Columbus as part of the Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Columbus 2013-14 season. Patrons can secure tickets to The Book of Mormon by subscribing to the Broadway in Columbus 2012-13 season. When renewing in 2013-14, subscribers are guaranteed the same seats and will therefore lock in tickets to the Columbus premiere engagement of The Book of Mormon.

Gertner will join previously announced Gavin Creel as Elder Price. Samantha Marie Ware joins as Nabulungi, as well as Grey Henson as Elder McKinley and Kevin Mambo as Mafala Hatimbi.
