CTG Offers Reading of USED TO WAS (MAYBE DID) with Inner-City Arts Tonight

A reading of the free-flowing, hip hop-style 'Used To Was (Maybe Did)' by Brian Dykstra will be presented by CTG and Inner-City Arts tonight, April 18 at 7:30 p.m. as part of CTG's DouglasPlus programming. Directed by Margarett Perry, the free reading will take place in Inner-City Art's Rosenthal Theater. A reception with the artists will follow the performance.

Broadway For All, a NYC not-for-profit that offers tuition-free training in the performing arts to promising middle and high school students, is accepting applications for its summer conservatory program through Sunday, April 19. The summer conservatory will run in a convenient Midtown location on weekdays from June 29 to August 5 from 9:45 AM - 4:00 PM.

Westport Country Playhouse will open its 2015 Season with the comedy, "The Liar," an adaptation by David Ives of Pierre Corneille's classic comedy that weaves an increasingly intricate web of lies leading to hilarious romantic misadventures. Celebrating the Playhouse's 85th season, the comedy will run May 5 - 23, directed by Penny Metropulos.
