Olivier and Tony Award-winning Broadway musical IN THE HEIGHTS by Lin-Manuel Miranda the creator of HAMILTON - has extended its London run at the King's Cross Theatre for the third time and final time and is now booking until Sunday 8 January 2017.

Celebrating 45 years since Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's seminal musical first hit the stage, Jesus Christ Superstar just opened at Regent's Park's Open Air Theatre, and already the production is eying the West End, according to the New York Post's Michael Riedel. He writes: 'I'm told Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice wouldn't mind a Broadway production either.'

Celebrating 45 years since Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's seminal musical first hit the stage, Jesus Christ Superstar is directed by Artistic Director Timothy Sheader. With a legendary score which includes I Don't Know How to Love Him, Gethsemane and Superstar, musical direction is by Tom Deering (Wonder.land, In the Heights and The Color Purple), design by Tom Scutt (Constellations, Les Liaisons Dangereuses and King Charles III, for which he has received a Tony Award nomination) and choreography by Drew McOnie (Jekyll & Hyde, The Lorax and In The Heights, for which he won the Olivier Award for Best Theatre Choreography).

Actor and musician Declan Bennett has successfully maintained dual, often intersecting careers as a singer-songwriter and musical theatre performer. He's had chart hits both with band Point Break and as a solo artist, and has tackled several iconic roles, including Roger in a US tour and Broadway run of Rent, Guy in the UK premiere of Once, and now Jesus in Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's Jesus Christ Superstar. The production will transfer to King's Cross Theatre on 3rd October 2015 and is booking for a strictly limited four week period until 1st November 2015. Tickets go on sale at 10.00am on Friday 10th July 2015.
