Performance Network of Ann Arbor will present O?ther Desert Cities?by Jon Robin Baitz June 11­July 12 completing a long delayed co­production with the Jewish Ensemble Theatre. The production garnered rave reviews and near sell out crowds during its West Bloomfield run and tickets are now on sale for the Network production. Directed by David Wolber and co­sponsored by Detroit sports and entertainment executive, Tom Wilson, O?ther Desert Cities?is the story of a wounded family and the secrets they share. It is the final main stage production in the Network's inaugural season under the new management of John Manfredi and Suzi Regan. The cast remains the same as at the JET and features the talents of Leah Smith, Naz Edwards, Hugh Maguire, Sandra Birch and Bryan Lark. Performance Network's Northern Writer's Project is a week­long playwriting intensive running August 31 to September 5, 2015 where four plays are workshopped with playwrights, directors, actors and audience.

Performance Network's Summer Star Camp is a two­-week theatrical training intensive for middle and high school students, including recent high school graduates, culminating in a professional performance alongside award­ winning professional actors.

Performance Network will begin its Wednesday Night Concert Series with a concert reading of 'An Iliad' performed by John Manfredi on Wednesday, October 8 and 15 at 7:30 p.m.. Manfredi won the 2014 Wilde Award for Best Performance Actor­ Drama for his performance of 'An Iliad' earlier this year.

Having begun a successful run of 'Driving Miss Daisy', the Network is shifting some of its focus to additional programming. Every Saturday, beginning today, October 4, the Network will host a free Story Time at 11 a.m. for children ages 3-8 where a staff member will read from popular children's books.

Straight from Williamston Theatre in a special partnership, the smash hit musical "The Big Bang" will come to Performance Network Theatre for a special two-week engagement starting this Thursday, August 21.
