Co-directed by Helen Chadwick and Steven Hoggett and composed by Helen Chadwick with creative Aassociate Miriam Nabarro, the show goes on a National Tour, 10th to 25th October 2014, with a stop at Stratford Circus on 10th and 11th October. Press night is Friday 10th October.

Today (29 August 2014), the producers of Once announce that Jill Winternitz will be continuing in the role of Girl opposite the previously announced Ronan Keating as Guy. Keating will be joining the Olivier award-winning musical on 17 November 2014, with press night on Tuesday 25 November 2014. Once is currently booking at the Phoenix Theatre to 4 July 2015.

'Mad Men' star Vincent Kartheiser and Broadway's Larry Pine (CASA VALENTINA) will play Billy Wilder and Raymond Chandler, respectively, in BILLY & RAY, Mike Bencivenga's new play -- directed by the legendary director/writer/producer Garry Marshall -- being given its NY premiere this fall at the Vineyard Theatre (108 E. 15 St.), with previews scheduled to begin October 1 prior to an official opening on October 20, it has been announced by Vineyard's Artistic Directors Douglas Aibel and Sarah Stern.

THE LAST SHIP -- the new musical with music and lyrics by 16-time Grammy Award-winner Sting and book by Tony Award-winner John Logan and Pulitzer Prize-winner Brian Yorkey -- will begin previews September 29 on Broadway, prior to opening night on October 26. The Last Ship is directed by Tony Award-winner Joe Mantello and choreographed by Olivier Award-winner and Tony Award-nominee Steven Hoggett. Producers Jeffrey Seller and Kathryn Schenker announce that the box office for the new musical THE LAST SHIP will open on Monday, August 25 at 10 a.m. at the Neil Simon Theatre (250 West 52 Street), in conjunction with a special one-time-only 24-hour flash sale from midnight August 25 to midnight August 26. For one day only, seats will be on sale for $39, $59 and $85 in the rear mezzanine, mid-mezzanine or orchestra/front mezzanine, respectively.

Rocky star Andy Karl and his wife Orfeh just released a new mash-up song called 'No Time for Pain (A Tribute to Rocky Broadway)' with a photographic flashback on the run of Rocky, which just closed on Broadway. This video features the Rocky instrumental theme, with vocal talents from Orfeh and Andy Karl.

Broadway's new ROCKY musical plays its final performance at the Winter Garden Theatre today, August 17th, after 28 previews and 188 regular performances. ROCKY received its world premiere in fall 2012 in Hamburg, Germany, where it continues to play to packed houses. The musical opened on Broadway on March, 13, 2014. The Tony and Grammy Award-winning Best Musical ONCE, will celebrate its 1000th performance on Broadway on Wednesday, August 13. Following the 8:00pm performance, ONCE composer Glen Hansard, who flies in from Los Angeles after performing songs from his new album at the Hollywood Bowl, will join the cast on stage at the curtain call.
