Broadway's classic musical, Mary Poppins celebrated its 500th performance on Sunday, January 27 at the 1pm matinee. Mary Poppins, a co-production by Disney and Cameron Mackintosh, opened at the New Amsterdam Theatre on November 16, 2006 (previews began October 14), and quickly proved to be a hit with audience members and critics alike.

Jersey Boys, the Tony Award winning Best Musical, will open in Melbourne, Australia at the Princess Theatre in March 2009.
