Upcoming Equity Auditions from Sunday, January 11, 2015.

Signature Theatre presents Signature in the Schools 20th Anniversary Festival. Over the past 20 years, Signature Theatre has helped cultivate a deeper understanding of history, current events and civility through the Signature in the Schools program with the students of Arlington County. The program has explored complex issues including the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, PTSD, the Arab Spring, immigration, Hurricane Katrina, the Holocaust, cyberbullying and more.

Court Theatre Artistic Director Charles Newell and Executive Director Stephen J. Albert present Waiting for Godot by Samuel Beckett, directed by Resident Artist Ron OJ Parson. Waiting for Godot will run January 15 - February 15, 2015 at Court Theatre, 5535 S. Ellis Avenue. Press Opening is Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 8:00PM.

Perseverance Theatre (PT) starts the New Year off with the award winning play The Mountaintop by Katori Hall. The Mountaintop runs on the Perseverance Theatre Mainstage tonight, January 9, 2014 - February 1, 2015.

Producer Kevin McCollum is proud to announce that Broadway favorite leading men and 'Smash' costars, two time Tony Award nominee Brian d'Arcy James (Shrek, Sweet Smell of Success) and Tony Award winner Christian Borle (Peter and the Starcatcher) will return to the stage to star in Something Rotten!, a completely original new musical comedy directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Casey Nicholaw (The Book of Mormon, Aladdin), with music and lyrics by Grammy Award winner Wayne Kirkpatrick and Golden Globe Award nominee Karey Kirkpatrick and a book by Karey Kirkpatrick and best-selling author John O'Farrell.

TACT/The Actors Company Theatre is pleased to announce the cast and creative team for Abundance, the 1990 play by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Beth Henley (Crimes of the Heart). An epic tale of friendship set against the backdrop of the sweeping American West, Abundance will be directed by TACT Co-Artistic Director Jenn Thompson, who directed last season's production of William Inge's Natural Affection. Performances begin at Theatre Row's Beckett Theatre (410 West 42nd Street - between 9th & 10th Avenues) on Tuesday, February 17, 2015. Opening night is set forSunday, March 1 at 6:00pm. Performances will continue through March 28, 2015.

Serrano NY, LLC is thrilled to present the World Premiere of SERRANO THE MUSICAL, book and lyrics by Madeline Sunshine, music by Robert Tepper, musical direction by Jeff Rizzo (Sunset Blvd. The Wizard of Oz), choreography by Tony nominee Peggy Hickey (A Gentlemen's Guide to Love and Murder) and directed by Tony nominee Joel Zwick (Dance With Me, 'My Big Fat Greek Wedding').

Signature Theatre has announced casting is confirmed and tickets are now on sale for BIG LOVE by Charles Mee, directed by Tina Landau. All tickets for the initial run of the production are $25 as part of the Signature Ticket Initiative: A Generation of Access. The production runs February 3 through March 15, 2015 with a February 23 opening night in The Irene Diamond Stage at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues).

Atlantic Theater Company presents the world premiere of I'm Gonna Pray For You So Hard by Halley Feiffer, directed by Trip Cullman and starring Reed Birney and Betty Gilpin.

Hallie Foote, an actress best known for playing some of her father's most memorable characters both on and off Broadway and in feature films, will visit Raven Theatre on Wednesday, January 14, to discuss the legacy of her father, the playwright Horton Foote, author of Raven's upcoming Chicago premiere of Dividing the Estate, as well as The Trip to Bountiful, The Young Man from Atlanta and the Academy Award-winning screenplays for Tender Mercies and To Kill a Mockingbird.

No Rules Theatre Co. offers a cure to the winter blues with a witty modern day love story. In Love And Warcraft, written by Madhuri Shekar and directed by NRTC Artistic Director Joshua Morgan, chronicles the hilarious happenings when the two worlds of online gaming and in person relationships collide on a college campus. From clown to actor, from performer to playwright, from actor to social commentator, Bill Irwin, Billy Porter, and Anna Deavere Smith share their artistic journeys in Philadelphia Theatre Company's new Theatre Masters series. Launched as part of PTC's celebration of its 40th Anniversary season, Theatre Masters will offer an array of Monday night on-stage interviews with major theatre artists with whom PTC has worked, each sharing their personal journey of transformation and creative growth over time and how it has impacted both their art and their lives. This season's schedule features Bill Irwin on February16, Billy Porter on March 23, and Anna Deavere Smith on May 11.

England's most storied rivalry takes center stage at Folger Theatre in Friedrich Schiller's classic drama Mary Stuart from January 27- March 8, 2015.

Virginia's Signature Theatre is currently presenting the world premiere of Diner, the musical adaptation of the landmark film with a book by the movie's Academy Award®-winning screenwriter and director Barry Levinson (Rain Man, Bugsy, The Natural) and an original score by nine-time Grammy Award® winnerSheryl Crow. Directed and choreographed by three-time Tony Award® Winner Kathleen Marshall (Broadway's Anything Goes, Nice Work If You Can Get It), the production began performances at Signature Theatre's MAX Theatre December 9.
