Broadway's SCHOOL OF ROCK Launches New Digital Lottery Policy

School of Rock - The Musical has launched a new online ticket lottery today, BroadwayWorld has confirmed. The School of Rock Digital Lottery, now open, will open daily at 12:01am ET for entrants to win a limited number of $37 same day tickets to that day's performance(s) at schoolofrocklottery.com. Broadway Revival of HUGHIE with Forest Whitaker Begins Rehearsals Today

Rehearsals began today for the highly anticipated Broadway revival of Eugene O'Neill's HUGHIE starring Academy Award winner, Golden Globe Award winner & BAFTA winner Forest Whitaker (The Last King of Scotland, The Butler, Southpaw) and Tony Award winner Frank Wood (Side Man, Angels In America, Clybourne Park), which will begin performances on Monday, February 8, 2016 and officially open on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Broadway's Booth Theatre (222 West 45 Street). Directed by Tony Award winner and Olivier Award winner Michael Grandage (Photograph 51, Red, Frost/Nixon), HUGHIE will play a strictly limited engagement.

Johnson, Jack Lane, Radio Mouse Entertainment, Schaffert/Hummel, Driemeyer-Sills Productions, David Gersten, Erach Screwvala, and The Shubert Organization, by special arrangement with Cranberry Productions, are proud to announce that the cast of Shear Madness celebrated the 100th Performance in New York City on Saturday evening January 16th. In honor of the occasion, Bruce Jordan and Marilyn Abrams, co-creators, surrounded by his cast and other company members, served up anniversary cake.  

Sacha Wares Returns To Almeida Theatre to Direct World Premiere of BOY, April 5

Sacha Wares will be returning to Almeida Theatre to direct the world premiere of Leo Butler's new play Boy, after her directorial success with the critically acclaimed production, Game, by Mike Bartlett, in 2015.  Boy will run at the Almeida Theatre from 5 April until 28 May 2016, with press night on 12 April 2016. Director Sacha Wares is joined by a formidable creative team, including two powerhouse contemporary designers, Miriam Buether for set design (Wild Swans, Sucker Punch, My Child, Generations), who worked with Sacha on Game at the Almeida in 2015, and Ultz for costume (Jerusalem, Hobson's Choice, Fallout, Pied Pier), who will be collaborating with Miriam, on design, for the very first time. Further creative credits include movement by Leon Baugh, lighting by Jack Knowles and sound by Gareth Fry.

FLTC is now very proud to present its newest production, ITALY, a world premiere comedy by Colorado playwright, Michele Berdinis.
