BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center, the longest operating performance venue in lower Manhattan, in partnership with Lower Manhattan Cultural Council (LMCC), presents blessing the boats: the remix, a re-imagining of an original play written and performed by Sekou Sundiata, performing on June 27-29 at 8pm and June 30 at 3pm at TPAC, Theater 2 (199 Chambers Street).

MATILDA THE MUSICAL will perform on 'The Late Show with David Letterman' tomorrow night Tuesday June 11. MATILDA THE MUSICAL opened to rapturous reviews in April and has received four Tony Awards, the Best Musical award from the New York Drama Critics Circle, and five Drama Desk Awards including Best Musical. Each of the four girls who share the title role (Sophia Gennusa, Oona Laurence, Bailey Ryon and Milly Shapiro) received a Tony Honor for Excellence in the Theater. 'The Late Show' airs on CBS at 11:35 PM, (Channel 2 in New York).

59E59 Theaters will present the US premiere of DIRTY GREAT LOVE STORY, written and rhymed by Richard Marsh and Katie Bonna, and directed by Pia Furtado. Produced by Polly Ingham Productions and TIM JOhanson Productions in association with Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds, DIRTY GREAT LOVE STORY begins performances tonight, June 11 for a limited engagement through Sunday, June 30.
