The Australian Ballet's Production of PEGGY! Closes 7/5

From June 25th to July 5th,The Australian Ballet presents Peggy! - a tribute to the woman who shaped The Australian Ballet: Dame Peggy van Praagh. On the centenary of Dame Peggy's birth and as The Australian Ballet's 50th anniversary draws closer, Peggy! will dip into the company's history to celebrate the lady, the legend and her ballets with a gala-style programme of highlights from her long and glittering reign. Tacoma Musical Playhouse is proud to produce the Tacoma Children's Musical Theater (TCMT) ... offering musical theater versions of classic children's literature for family audiences. These colorful and lively productions bring to the stage some of our most adored literary characters, performed by many of your favorite TMP mainstage actors. Recent productions of ALICE IN WONDERLAND, PINOCCHIO, BUNNICULA, HEIDI, and JUNIE B JONES have created the perfect incentive to plan a 'family date' and enjoy a trip to the theater. Cellist Ruslan Biryukov To Donate Performance Time In Sinfonia Concertante, Op. 125

Glendale Philharmonic Orchestra Founder and critically acclaimed Russian Cellist, Ruslan Biryukov, will perform composer Sergei Prokofiev's 'Sinfonia Concertante, Op. 125' as a Guest Soloist with two different orchestras in two separate upcoming concerts to be held here in the Southland. Biryukov will waive his appearance fees and donate his time to appear in each concert during these challenging economic times.

American Ballet Theatre's 2010 Spring Season at the Metropolitan Opera House, May 17-July 10, will celebrate the Company's 70th Anniversary with a tribute to legendary ballerina Alicia Alonso and the 30th Anniversary of Natalia Makarova's production of La Bayadère. The season will also feature the Company Premiere of John Neumeier's Lady of the Camellias. Tickets for ABT's Spring Season at the Metropolitan Opera House go on sale at the box office on March 28.
