Yesterday, November 25, New York celebrated Thanksgiving with the 85th annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The parade was Broadcast on both NBC and CBS and some of Broadway's biggest shows took center stage to entertain the masses. America's favorite holiday tradition, Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade® returned to dazzle and enchant millions nationwide yesterday.

HOOPS&YOYO RUIN CHRISTMAS, a new animated special presented by Hallmark, follows the unexpected adventure of the comical pink kitty and green bunny team, hoops&yoyo, after they become accidental stowaways on Santa's sleigh. This holiday program will be broadcast Friday, Nov. 25 (8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

The CBS Television Network will present THE ELF ON THE SHELF: AN ELF'S STORY, a new animated feature based on the best-selling holiday children's book The Elf on the Shelf, to be broadcast on CBS as a special presentation on Friday, Nov. 25 (8:30 - 9:00 PM, ET/PT).

A CHRISTMAS CAROL, a dazzling annual holiday tradition entertaining thousands of children and families each year, will be presented from November 25 through December 20 at Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane. The timeless classic is directed by Scott Calcagno and features a cast of top Chicago actors. Drury Lane Theatre also offers families the special opportunity to have breakfast with Santa Claus on select performance dates, with a festive buffet-style menu complete with seasonal favorites. This all-time favorite play is enhanced with a tapestry of many memorable carols and remains an exhilarating opportunity to introduce children to the arts.

Global Winter Wonderland is the largest such festival ever outside of China. The event runs November 25 - January 2 and is constructed using green and sustainable materials.

Papatango have teamed up with one of London's leading new writing venues, the Finborough Theatre to present the winning entries in the 2011 Papatango Playwriting Competition 2011, featuring this year's winning play Foxfinder by Dawn King which will play for a four week limited season from 29 November (Press Night: Thursday, 1 December 2011 at 8.30pm) and three runners up who will each receive a one week run - Through The Night by Matt Morrison (Press Night: Wednesday, 7 December 2011 at 6.30pm), Rigor Mortis by Carol Vine (Press Night:Wednesday, 14 December 2011 at 6.30pm) and Crush by Rob Young (Press Night: Tuesday, 20 December 2011 at 6.30pm).

America's favorite holiday tradition, Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade® returns to dazzle and enchant millions nationwide on Thursday, November 24, 2011 beginning at 9 a.m. on NBC in all time zones.

A group of 140 Stagedoor Manor students from all over the world will sing and dance the opening number for this year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade®. The number - an all-new original song written specifically for the event - will be a special celebration of the famed Parade's landmark 85th Anniversary. Following the opening, the students will then make their way to the top of the Parade route and march the entire length of the Parade, eventually escorting Santa Claus into Herald Square for the NBC national telecast's finale. This year's appearance will mark Stagedoor Manor's third consecutive Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade performance.
