STARZ has signed 'Spartacus' Co-Creator, Executive Producer and Showrunner Steven S. DeKnight to an exclusive two-year overall deal. Starz has a three-year relationship with DeKnight, since the 2009 launch of the critically-acclaimed hit action drama series 'Spartacus.'

The 15th Annual Hollywood Film Festival and Hollywood Film Awards, presented by Starz Entertainment, are pleased to announce that Academy Award-nominated actress Michelle Williams will be honored with the 'Hollywood Actress Award,' at the festival's Hollywood Film Awards Gala Ceremony, which will take place October 24, 2011, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills.

The cult classic movie, Evil Dead, turns 30 this year and The Ringwald/Who Wants Cake? and Olympia Entertainment are celebrating the film's world premiere which took place in Detroit in 1981 by bringing the hilariously bloody homage, Evil Dead: The Musical, back to the City.

According to Deadline.com, Zach Braff is in final talks to play the under-appreciated assistant to James Franco's title character in 'Oz, the Great and Powerful.' They join the previously announced Rachel Weisz, Mila Kunis, and Michelle Williams. The movie begins production in July.

According to ComingSoon.net, Disney plans to release 'Oz, the Great and Powerful', a prequel to 'The Wizard of Oz,' in March 2013. Set to star in the film are the previously reported Michelle Williams, James Franco, Mila Kunis and Rachel Weisz.

According to CNN, Mila Kunis is currently in talks to join 'Oz, the Great and Powerful' as the Wicked Witch of the West. Additionally, James Franco is rumored to have stepped into the title role. Th film begins production in July.
