For the first time in the Kavli theatre, Cabrillo will present this hilarious new musical, with music by Alan Menken, lyrics by Glenn Slater, book by Cheri and Bill Steinkellner, musical direction by Kyle C. Norris, choreography by Michelle Elkin and direction by Misti B. Wills.

Black Box Studios proudly announces a two-show extension of its first Saturday Late Night production of its 2016-17 season, Black Box Performing Arts Center's inaugural season of professional theatre: a new production of Evil Dead The Musical, Book and Lyrics by George Reinblatt, with Music by Frank Cippola, Christopher Bond, Melissa Morris, and George Reinblatt, directed by Black Box Performing Arts Center's Artistic Director Matt Okin and Musical Directed by Managing Director/Resident MD Huey Esquire. Evil Dead The Musical will play two more Saturday nights at 11PM, on November 12 and 19 after running successfully since early October at Black Box Studios' new home, Teaneck's Black Box Performing Arts Center (200 Walraven Drive., just off Palisade Ave. (GPS: 290 Walraven Drive)), Teaneck, NJ 07666. This “All Guts, All Glory” musical interpretation of Evil Dead, Evil Dead 2, and Army of Darkness features songs like “All the Men in MY Life Keep Getting Killed by Kandarian Demons,” “Ode to an Accidental Stabbing,” and “Do the Necronomicon.” This musical is not for the faint of heart, but is sure to leave your screaming with laughter.
