INTAR (Lou Moreno, Artistic Director/John McCormack, Executive Director) will present Drawn and Quartered, a new play by Maggie Bofill, directed by Lou Moreno, beginning performances Off-Broadway Wednesday June 1st, and continuing through June 26th only, at INTAR's theater space (500 West 52nd Street, at Tenth Avenue, on the 4th Floor).

Partial Comfort Productions follows up its 3-time Drama Desk Award nominate and Obie Award winning production of Samuel D. Hunter's A Bright New Boise with the World Premiere of Chad Beckim's A GOOD ENDING. Stephen Brackett directs. Previews begin March 30 at The Wild Project where Partial Comfort is a resident company. Opening night is slated for April 6.

Executive Producer Lou Spisto today announced the complete cast and creative team for Tracy Letts' award-winning play, August: Osage County. Directed by Obie Award winner Sam Gold, the dark comedy will run in the Old Globe Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center, May 7 - June 12. Preview performances run May 7 - May 11. Opening night is Thursday, May 12 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are currently available by subscription only. Sundance Institute announced today the acting company participating in its 2011 Theatre Lab held at The Banff Centre in Alberta, Canada from March 27-April 17. The Theatre Lab provides an atmosphere focused on artistic development and collaboration to develop and refine new theatre work with the support of full casts. Building upon the Sundance Institute's history of cultivating international exchange and dialogue, the 2011Theatre Lab projects and participants illustrate and explore the world's most innovative storytelling. A record number 89 artists began their Lab experience on World Theatre Day, bringing works from the United States, Mexico, and Tanzania to the three week workshop. Sundance Institute is grateful for the assistance of the Performing Arts Residency Program at The Banff Centre.
