As BroadwayWorld reported yesterday, SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark will make its television debut this Friday, September 10, on ABC's 'Good Morning America.' The appearance will feature interviews with the show's composers and lyricists, Bono and The Edge, live via satellite from their European tour, and Tony Award-winning director Julie Taymor, as well as the premiere of a song from the highly anticipated show, performed by its star, Reeve Carney (who portrays Peter Parker/Spider-Man) and his band Carney, live from The Hudson Theatre in Times Square.

Spider-Man Reeve Carney will introduce the first song from the upcoming Broadway show on Good Morning America, September 10. Lead producer Michael Cohl today announced the complete cast for SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark, which begins rehearsals this morning. Directed by Julie Taymor and featuring a book by Julie Taymor and Glen Berger, and new music and lyrics by Bono and The Edge, SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark will begin previews at Broadway's Foxwoods Theatre (213 West 42nd Street) on November 14, with opening night set for December 21.
