SHOWTIME will premiere season two of its critically-acclaimed documentary series INSIDE COMEDY tonight, February 11th at 11 P.M. ET/PT.

Singer-comedienne Elizabeth Tryon will debut her first solo comedy and vocal music show in New York City, at the legendary Caroline's on Broadway comedy club in Times Square, NY on February 19, 2013 at 7:00PM, in a one night only performance. In her show, "There's A Phantom in my Opera," a contemporary Victor Borge-style show, written and performed by a singer rather than a pianist, Tryon unites several different styles of music with comedy.

Al Jarreau's unique vocal style is described as one of the world's most precious treasures. His innovative musical expressions have made him one of the most exciting and critically acclaimed performers of our time, earning him seven Grammy Awards, scores of international music awards, and popular accolades worldwide.

The Garden of Dreams Foundation and Charitybuzz announced today an exclusive online auction in support of Garden of Laughs, a comedy event, presented by Chase, to benefit the Foundation. Unforgettable packages including once-in-a-lifetime meet and greet experiences and concert tickets are up for bid to aid the Foundation's efforts to make dreams come true for children in need. Near Water's Edge, the New London Maritime Society's first special exhibition of 2013, features artist Denny Moers's innovative photographic monoprints investigating concepts of water's various manifestations in landscape from dams, rivers, lakes and flooded fields. Opening on Saturday, January 26, the exhibition runs through February 16, 2013, at the Custom House Maritime Museum, 150 Bank Street, New London, Connecticut. The opening reception takes place January 26, 2013, from 6 to 8 PM, and coincides with Hygienic Arts Annual Salon Des Independants art show. The event is free and open to the public.
