Pete Sanders, veteran Press Agent and former President of The Pete Sanders Group, has joined O&M Co., it was announced today by Rick Miramontez, President. Sanders will handle an eclectic client list that includes Broadway and Off-Broadway shows, dining and nightlife venues, as well as individuals.

Birdland has announced the third year of "A Swinging Birdland Christmas," starring Birdland regulars Klea Blackhurst, Jim Caruso and Billy Stritch. This will be a limited engagement of 6 performances, Friday, December 21 through Tuesday, December 25. All shows are at 6pm, except for the Monday and Tuesday, with 7pm and 10pm shows.

Jim Caruso & Billy Stritch returned to Bemelmans at The Carlyle Hotel with their evening of swinging standards. The two performers, who have performed extensively on their own, gained national exposure together as the host and musical director of the wildly popular open mic, Cast Party, which celebrates talent every Monday at Birdland in NYC, and tours nationally. During their June debut run at Bemelmans, the duo received critical acclaim, and made news when showbiz heavy-hitters like Liza Minnelli and Michael Feinstein joined them in impromptu performances. Kenny Chesney to Perform at Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day Game, to Benefit Salvation Army

The Salvation Army and the Dallas Cowboys announced today that music superstar and football enthusiast Kenny Chesney will rock Cowboys Stadium on Thanksgiving Day to kick-off The Salvation Army's 122nd annual Red Kettle Campaign. Kenny's performance will be televised LIVE nationally on FOX during halftime of the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game against the Washington Redskins on November 22, 2012 at 3:15PM (CT). The concert marks the 16th year of the Thanksgiving Day partnership between the Dallas Cowboys and The Salvation Army, in which time the Red Kettle Campaign has raised more than $1.5 billion.
