The hit FOR THE RECORD series breathes a new life into the movies by adapting the works of great directors into a theatrical concert setting. FOR THE RECORD: DEAR JOHN HUGHES at West Hollywood's DBA will showcase the works of acclaimed director John Hughes, by reliving his acclaimed coming of age 1980's teen flicks including Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club, Weird Science, Pretty In Pink, Some Kind of Wonderful and Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Performances begin tonight, February 6, and run through April 4.

Triumvirate Artists is pleased to announce the World Premiere of Delirium's Daughters, a new and refreshing take on Commedia Dell'Arte by Nicholas Korn (Stage First Cincinnati), directed by Kathleen Butler (Originated roles in Edward Albee's Three Tall Women, Occupant and Marriage Play). Delirium's Daughters will play a three week limited engagement at The Studio Theatre at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street, Manhattan). Performances begin Thursday, February 26th and continue through Saturday, March 14th. Opening Night is Saturday, February 28th at 8 p.m.

White Horse Theater to Present I CAN'T IMAGINE TOMORROW, 1/30-31

Later this month on January 30 and 31 in the Great Hall of the historic Players Club on Gramercy Park (16 Gramercy Park South), the White Horse Theater Company will present a intimate site-specific production of the rarely produced Tennessee Williams one-act I Can't Imagine Tomorrow. Written during Williams' experimental later period and departing from the highly articulate poetic language of his well-known earlier works, I Can't Imagine Tomorrow employs silence and fragmented discourse in order to express the themes of human dependence, fear, and loss that Williams was grappling with during the 1960s.
