Acclaimed actor, musician and author John Lithgow will host Star-Spangled Spectacular: Bicentennial of our National Anthem live from Pier Six Pavilion in Baltimore on THIRTEEN'S Great Performances at 8 p.m. ET on PBS.

Sun up to sun down, the announcement of the final nominees for 'The 48th Annual CMA Awards' will take over New York City on Wednesday, September 3 with host and CMA Award winner Darius Rucker.

Featuring a range of objects created over the past 60 years, the exhibition What Would Mrs. Webb Do? A Founder's Vision celebrates Aileen Osborn Webb, who established the Museum of Arts and Design, then the Museum of Contemporary Crafts, in 1956. On view from September 23, 2014, through February 8, 2015, the exhibition explores how Webb, through her advocacy work at MAD and other leading institutions across the country and internationally, championed the skilled maker as integral to America's future.

The 2014-2015 season of 'Concerts from the Library of Congress' brings a stellar roster of performers, ensembles and scholars from around the world in commemoration of the 150th birthday of founding patron Elizabeth Sprague Coolidge. The concerts are complemented by guest speakers, curators, panels, film screenings and displays of rarely seen manuscripts, letters and memorabilia from the Library's holdings. Concerts kick off Saturday, Oct. 11, at 8 p.m. with a performance by gospel and soul music legend Mavis Staples.

After a sold-out benefit run for BC/EFA this February, PAGEANT - THE MUSICAL returns in a limited Off-Broadway engagement at The Davenport Theatre (354 West 45th Street). The show officially opened last night, July 14, 2014. The cast of tiara-crazed beauties includes Nick Cearley ('The Skivvies'),Nic Cory (Signs of Life), Alex Ringler (West Side Story), Marty Thomas (Wicked, Xanadu),Seth Tucker (Our Kiki), and Curtis Wiley (Motown), with John Bolton (A Christmas Story, 'Gossip Girl') as the host.
