Consistency is the bane of creativity so Seattle's unique semi-annual speed theatre festival heads to its new summer venue Theatre Off Jackson at 409 7th Ave South in the International District. 14/48 will run Fridays & Saturdays, July 30 & 31, August 6 & 7 with two shows a night at 8:00 and 10:30 pm.

Disney Theatrical Productions (DTP), the division responsible for such smash Broadway hits as THE LION KING, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and MARY POPPINS, will debut CAMP ROCK: THE MUSICAL, a stage adaptation of the CAMP ROCK 2008 and 2010 Disney Channel Original Movies with songs from both movies and a story based on CAMP ROCK 2: THE FINAL JAM. The show will be available for licensing in November 2010 through Disney's exclusive licensing partner, Music Theatre International (MTI). The theatrical version is a seventy-minute musical that focuses on the storyline of the sequel and features over a dozen hit songs from both popular musical movies.

It's On! Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato will rock the summer in 'Camp Rock 2 The Final Jam,' a full out rock 'n roll musical that celebrates music, dance and the freedom of summer and reminds viewers to 'enjoy the journey.' Ira David Wood III directs a modern spin on this tale of unchecked ambition, setting the play in a post-apocalyptic world and utilizing multimedia as well as embracing the theatre's oldest tradition of performing in masks. Featuring Ira David Wood III as Macbeth and Lynda Clark as the conniving Lady Macbeth, this Theatre In The Park production will excite and frighten Shakespeare lovers and laymen alike. The final production in Jonathan Kent's Theatre Royal Haymarket Season, the world premiere of MARGUERITE, will close tonight, September 13th on the West End. MARGUERITE is a new musical with music by Michel Legrand, book by Alain Boublil, Claude-Michel Schönberg and Jonathan Kent, lyrics by Herbert Kretzmer - original French lyrics by Alain Boublil and orchestrations and arrangements by Michel Legrand and Seann Alderking.
