Joshua Hedley's new song “I Never (Shed A Tear)” is premiering today (listen HERE). The song is second track unveiled from Hedley's highly anticipated debut album Mr. Jukebox, which will be released April 20 on Third Man Records and is now available forpre-order.

There's an old Jimmie Rodgers song called “Blue Yodel #1 (T for Texas)” - Waylon Jennings did a wonderful version as well. He sings “T for Texas, T for Tennessee” and injects a heap more honky tonk than the original, in keeping with his native Texas musical heritage. One could easily make the jump that the shared musical language of these two states has coalesced in ways that create family from folks who've just met. Memphis' Sun Studios brought together musicians like Howlin' Wolf, Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley, while Stax was one of the other original integrated musical stables with Booker T & the MGs, Isaac Hayes and Otis Redding.

TV One is celebrating Black History Month with a full slate of programming offerings that embody the theme, 'Represent the Dream.' Carnegie Hall's The '60s: The Years that Changed America, a citywide festival from January 14-March 24, 2018, continues in February with an exciting array of events to be presented at Carnegie Hall and at more than 35 leading partner cultural institutions throughout New York City and beyond. This special exploration of the '60s invites audiences to explore this turbulent decade through the lens of arts and culture, including music's role as a meaningful vehicle to inspire social change.

Mr. Jukebox, the highly anticipated debut album from Joshua Hedley, will be released April 20 on Third Man Records and is now available for pre-order. Hedley will tour throughout 2018 in support of the record, including stops at SXSW, High Water Festival, Stagecoach and Pickathon as well as album release shows at Brooklyn's Union Pool, Nashville's The Basement East and L.A.'s The Roxy and Hi Hat.

Emerging Indiana-based band Durand Jones & The Indications' deluxe version of their acclaimed self-titled debut album will be released on March 16 via Dead Oceans / Colemine Records. The album, which was originally released in 2016, received praise from The Philadelphia Inquirer, who called it, 'Smartly restrained music steeped in the Deep South' and Paste, who said, 'With a tingling rasp that screams James Brown and coos Otis Redding, Jones simply has to be heard to be believed on these vintage R&B pleas.' Vocalist Morgan James headlines a New Year's Eve concert at Music Hall. She will feature a medley of Broadway, jazz and musical theater tunes with the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra.

ast night, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater's holiday season at New York City Center kicked off with a star-studded Opening Night Gala Benefit performance and party that honored Ailey Board President Debra L. Lee (Chairman and Chief Executive Office of BET Networks) for her support of the Ailey organization since 2002. Music and film stars Queen Latifah andJanelle Mon e served as honorary chairs for the evening, and the gala co-chairs were Deedra & Bob Bakish, Emily & Len Blavatnik, Paulette & Howard Bradnock, Daria L. & Eric J. Wallach, and Joan & Sandy Weill. Over $2.4 million was raised in support of the creation of new works, scholarships to The Ailey School, and Ailey's extensive educational programs for young people.
