Former One Direction member Zayn Malik has broke his media silence since his departure from the popular boy group on Wednesday.

Now in the midst of their second international concert tour, Well-Strung, The Singing String Quartet, will return to New York's 54 Below with their latest production, 'POPssical' tonight, March 27 at 9:30 PM for one show only. The group had also recently been featured at the club last October in Tony-winner Joanna Gleason's critically acclaimed new show.

Following yesterday's official announcement that One Direction's Zayn Malik would be leaving the popular boy band, John Stamos and Josh Peck took to Twitter to with news of Malik's replacement.

According to a post on One Direction's official Facebook page, band member Zayn Malik is officially leaving the group after five years.
