The Blank Theatre Company will end its run of Michael John LaChiusa's See What I Wanna See on May 23. The production is directed by The Blank's Artistic Director Daniel Henning, with musical direction by David O.

TNT and TBS today unveiled a broad array of plans for new programming, including several comedy projects that are being considered for TBS and a host of projects in development for TNT. The two cable giants staged a joint Upfront presentation in New York, with appearances by a legion of stars, including TBS's Conan O'Brien, George Lopez and Ice Cube; and TNT's Kyra Sedgwick, Ray Romano, Andre Braugher, Scott Bakula, Jada Pinkett Smith, Dylan McDermott, Timothy Hutton, Noah Wyle, Jason Lee, Alfre Woodard, Ben McKenzie, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Breckin Meyer and Angie Harmon.

The Blank Theatre Company's 18th Annual Nationwide Young Playwrights Festival has chosen twelve winning plays by teenaged playwrights, aged 14 -19 from six different states. The winning plays will be presented by professional actors and directors in the month-long Festival at The Stella Adler Theatre in Hollywood beginning June 3, 2010.

Casting is complete and rehearsals have begun for The Blank Theatre Company's third and final production of its 19th season, Michael John LaChiusa's See What I Wanna See. The Blank Theatre Company's second production of its 19th season, Why Torture Is Wrong, and the People Who Love Them by Christopher Durang will end its run this Saturday, March 14th. Directed by The Blank's Artistic Director Daniel Henning, Why Torture is Wrong began preview performances on Saturday, January 30, 2010 and opened on Saturday, February 6.
