The nominees for THE 44TH NAACP IMAGE AWARDS were announced today during a live press conference from the Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills, CA. Anthony Anderson (Guys with Kids), Niecy Nash (The Soul Man), Yvette Nicole Brown (Community), Garcelle Beauvais (Flight), Tyler James Williams (Go On), and Zendaya (Shake It Up!) announced the categories and nominees.

TLC, home to the most popular wedding programming on TV, announced today the airdate for the MARIO LOPEZ & COURTNEY MAZZA WEDDING SPECIAL following Mario Lopez and his fiancée Courtney Mazza as they prepare for their perfect wedding. Marking another milestone in TV Land's history, the network's newest original sitcom, THE SOUL MAN was the channel's second highest rated series premiere among its target audience of Adults 25-54 and Women 25-54.

Tamar and Trina Braxton ('Braxton Family Values'), Anthony Anderson ('Law & Order'), Sherri Shepherd ('The View'), Robert Forster ('Jackie Brown') and Kim Coles ('Living Single') will guest star on the first season of TV Land's new series 'The Soul Man,' starring Cedric 'The Entertainer' and Niecy Nash, premiering tonight, June 20 at 10pm ET/PT on TV Land.

TV Land is giving one of the original 'Kings of Comedy' his own sitcom. Comedians Cedric 'The Entertainer' and Niecy Nash star in the network's newest original series, 'The Soul Man' (formerly known as 'Have Faith'), which will air a total of 12 episodes.
